I'm glad to hear it, anon! Good luck with the tests, and I hope the neurologist will be both kind and good. :)

A tip for photosensitivity: if you encounter something blinky and you're worried it might set you off, but you still need to see, cover one eye with the palm of your hand. (If you don't need to see, by all means cover both eyes!) I find covering my eye more effective than just closing it or turning away, because it blocks the light more completely.

Also, GIFs can often be frozen by hitting the ESC key on your keyboard!
