Keep 'em on and in order if they're remotely relevant to the stuff you're applying for. I had (largely) unpaid experiences doing support volunteer work with LiveJournal and writing/organizing a column on a gaming site for awhile, plus helped develop a GBC game that sadly was never released and thus never got paid. These are the things that got me my current awesome job in web dev, not my years of paid data entry and retail jobs.

If they're not relevant, maybe stick them in a "other experience" section.
