Re: Resume advice?

It helps, if you can, to slightly tailor your resume to each place you apply. If the volunteer/non-professional work is relevant to this place, put it in; leave it out if there's no relation to that job.

If you want just one, more general resume, I've heard it recommended* that you list anything you consider significant and say what you learned from it or what your major responsibilities were. I.e., "Librarian's Assistant - bookkeeping and filing".

Or maybe leave it out, and bring it up in the interview.
