I'm not certain how poisonous that can be, so somebody else can weigh in on that. However, if you are concerned, you can drink some water right now without having to wait on anybody. This will help dilute anything potentially harmful.

...it was my nose, actually. Is there any way to flush that without having to basically inhale the water?

I kinda figured. But any water intake will help in dilution. I wouldn't inhale it, if it were me.

Look, if you're really worried, you should call poison control whether someone on the internet tells you to or not.

Well... if you tilt your head forward you can squirt water up one nostril and it will come out the other.

However, you need to make sure the water is sterilized beforehand.
