oh my goodness, that tumblr. I try to be understanding of people's stories but sometimes people will submit "as an overweight child my mother started giving me very small portions, thin privilege is not being denied food" and I'm just like...welllll....D:

...except it's very likely that someone's mother started putting them on a diet that left the kid hungry all the time. That is, they were giving them too small portions. There are a lot of people who pass their body issues onto their kids.

I totally believe that some fat kid had a parent who literally denied them food.
