I'm really torn on this movie, because the concept seems awesome, I hear good things about how well-done it was, and I like Sandra Bullock, but I suspect I would also find it fucking terrifying.

It is terrifying (and I'd suggest not seeing it if you have vertigo or get motion sickness watching, say, a game of Portal). But that makes the ending so much better. It's a phenomenal movie. It's not just that it's terrifying--it's visceral. It just gets in deep and leans on a universal human emotion.
