I don't mean in the stereotypical "grab you in the night in a dark alley" kind of way. But he's made some pretty creepy comments about my appearance, and considers me a friend of his. Luckily, I stop working with him in December and I hopefully never see him again.

That's sexual harassment. You need to talk to HR and/or a higher up. At the very least, once you stop working with him in December.
