I can understand your feeling that because slash is mentally related to 'yaoi fangirls' for alot of people but I think it's pretty childish to lump any one of those genres together as 'What the kids do.'

Yaoi fangirls or fujoshi are actually much better than people here on F!S think. They're not all american.

Oh, I know that. American yaoi fangirls aren't bad either. I'm talking about the perception of yaoi fangirls rather than the reality (which is considerably more diverse).

Same anon, just forgot to add: no hate on anime or manga. I read and watch a good deal of it myself. :)
