AoS is alright, I enjoy watching it but I don't think it's amazing TV. SH on the other hand I couldn't get past the first episode, not because of the writing(even though the horseman being Death thing is silly as hell) but because mirror-demon freaked me out too much. I haven't dared to watch another episode yet, which does make me sad because I adore Abbie.

Mirror demon is probably the scariest scene in the show up to this point (through ep four).

Hmmm, if it hasn't turned up again I may give it another go because I really did enjoy the characters.

the demon itself turns up again, but so far only in the beginning of the second episode it's not doing anything as freaky as in the first, so you should be ok. It's just talking to John Cho and shambling around in a forest.
