I'm actually kind of shipping Peter and Henry. Don't ask me why but I keep getting the vibe of Peter just being overly possessive of Henry and jealously guarding him because he's decided he needs him due to being a True Believer.

A serious question is, could you really call that Peter Pan a child? Yes, he's in the body of a child but he's most likely several hundreds of years old.

I know it's creepy! But I am wondering what it would be like to be an adult trapped in a immortal child's body. Like Claudia from Interview with a Vampire. I mean, clearly, Peter was showing interest in Emma. But is his mind a child's or a man's? In what way is he manipulating her? As an adult. Or as a child. I know it's weird but my head went there.

I'd guess Peter still has a mind of a boy. He probably lacks emotional maturity and he leads around a flock of children. He lives in a kinda Narnia for the mind, I'd think.

If he had a mind of a man... well things would get creepy really really fast.

Like I know he's kind of a dick in the original story, but damn that makes me cringe. So glad I've dropped the show.

Eh, I think they've built up to it fairly realistically. Neverland is portrayed as a pretty awful place you should avoid at all costs, and since Peter Pan is the head honcho of Neverland, it makes sense in the context they've built around it.

Not that I don't expect oodles of bad writing. I'm sure there will be plenty.

As soon as that scene finished and it went to commercial, I Googled the actor and was relieved to find out that he's legal. Barely, but still.

They had such chemistry! It's so weird for me, since I never ship teens. When I was in HP fandom, I only read fic where they're adults.

Urg, there was this flicker last week of something that would explain why Peter is acting the way he does, and yeah, Emma would completly relate to that. Which to be honest is more ammunition than something like Swan Queen! But tbh OP, Peter Pan is so fucked up in all incarnations that I don't think you need worry. At least he seems to be past puberty this time!
