i don't think that's true tbh. michael myers might not be the most nuanced character, but he has more character development than some characters that have fanfic written about them. there are a few things that could be written about...

what were michael's years in the mental hospital like?
what was michael's home-life like as a child?
is dr loomis right - is michael really the embodiment of evil in human form, or is he just a guy with some serious childhood trauma?
why does michael want to kill his family?
is there a reason he doesn't use a gun to shoot people, even when given the chance?
michael never kills dr loomis when given the chance - is that just luck on loomis' part, or does michael have some affection for him?

etc...
