My mum calls me either by my real nickname or 'little monster', 'nail to my coffin', 'fatty' and other kinds of more or less endearing names... depending on the situation and how much we aggravated each other today. (also, fun fact, I have always had a perfectly average figure... go figure the frequent fatty remarks).

The "fatty" is really common in Latin America, and yes, even when it's to adress a thin person.
