Re: More Sherlock Holmes stuff (re: yesterday)
I do like the adaptations of The Hound and The Sign of Four with Ian Richardson, mostly due to the fact that Richardson has the best smile ever. In fact, he might be inappropriately cheerful for a Holmes, but I always laugh back when he starts laughing. I just want a friend like this okay.
I... do... in fact.... like The Asylum's Sherlock Holmes. Yeah well. Sue me. It is fun because dinosaurs and a cyborg.
Least favourites? I couldn't stand the adaptation with Tom Baker. It bored me out of my mind. It is not bad, but there is nothing interesting about it whatsoever.
Same goes for A Study in Terror and Murder by Decree. Not bad, no, but I was astonished that somebody could make such an utterly boring production out of Jack the Ripper murders, of all things.
