I can't wait for when I go back to work and then people yell at me for not getting their case worked quick enough. Because that shit is soooo gonna happen.

I never used to tell people who yelled at me because we hadn't worked their case/researched their problem/fixed their account/etc. to contact their congressperson if they didn't like how long it was taking because I thought it was a shitty thing to say. (That's a thing we can say there is no other answer and the problem is not something that is in our power to fix.) But, this year, there really was nothing else to say. Mandatory furlough days and shut down for two weeks now? Yeah, sorry. That's congress' fault, not mine.
