A lot of country songs do this - 'Then', 'Real Life (Never Was The Same Again)', 'Hey Pretty Girl', and 'Remember When' all spring instantly to mind - all of which focus on the guy's general love for his wife, including (but not exclusive to) her as a mother.

Will post more as I think of them :)

Also, 'I'm Already There', Lonestar. (And 'Ill Wait For You', by Joe Nichols, if you don't mind crying.)

'Good Things', River Road. 'Don't Miss Your Life', Phil Vassar. 'I Get That All The Time', Due West. 'Another Side of You', Joe Nichols.

If it doesn't have to be a male voice, try 'Somebody's Chelsea' by Reba McEntire, 'I'm Gonna Love You Through It' by Martina McBride, or 'These Four Walls' by Sara Evans.
