Okay, one, you really can't tell what someone will be into in bed based on their personalities. For some people it's consistent, but for others, sexual fantasies are a place to do things they wouldn't normally. A lot of people who generally prefer to be in control in their normal lives find it refreshing and relaxing to be dominated by a partner that they trust. Sometimes more timid people will like to unleash a dominant persona in bed with someone they can trust to not undermine them. Two, honestly Gou's personality isn't even something that is inconsistent with domming.
