I've just been keeping my mouth shut about Ichabod/Abbie because I don't want to rain on anyone's parade. I don't ship it, but I think it's rude as fuck to post anti-ship things in the ship's tag. Which I've definitely seen. I'm happy to let my friends ship it and squee over it if I'm not there yet.

I do however ship Spock/Uhura and like Sherlock/Joan in fic even if I don't think I want it to be canon.

I don't ship Abbie & Ichabod because they have such good chemistry as friends (which is rare in TV) and I don't want to see that ruined by them falling in lurrrve.

But...that's not necessarily going to happen? The relationship will happen, no doubt there, but the friendship doesn't have to be taken out back like Old Yeller if so.
