So if NS 2 said "I think Disney made the best version of this," it would be a secret? That seems like a weird qualification, but at least I understand the rules now.

That is my understanding, yes.

It's a bit legalistic at times, maybe, but it's probably best to have clear, definite rules laid out.

I like it, to be honest! Allowing stuff like "____ is such a fucking fuck, s/he shouldn't get any work in Hollywood" is so obnoxious to me. That's why I can't stand secret blogs on Tumblr. I hate when things are stated as fact when they aren't. Simply adding "I think" to the beginning of that feels a lot better in that it seems more like an opinion rather than what absolutely SHOULD be.
