At said store, everyone wore uniforms, but since I've learned to adapt over the years, I could tell my coworkers apart by slight differences in their build even if I couldn't see their faces, even at a distance. I couldn't tell you what any of their faces looked like, though.
As for celebrities I can tell apart from each other, uh... that's a good question. I actually can't think of any off the top of my head, aside from De Kelley up in my userpic there - possibly because I've spent so much time staring at him. ;)

Then a few years ago I found out that faceblindness is an actual condition, in fact commonly tied to Asperger's - and well, both my mom and youngest brother have been formally diagnosed, so the genetics would seem to be there to account for it. Not that I feel any less stupid or incompetent when it causes problems, but I at least can go "Yeah, sorry, this is a known problem for me."
I also just thought of another celebrity I can usually tell apart from others, and that's Michael Richards, but that may be mostly because he looks approximately the same and has the same unusual mannerisms in every role I've seen him in.
