I wish I knew how to quit you. Because you've been steadily declining in quality since season 5.

Since S3 TBH. Good luck. I quit 2/3 of the way through the last season.

Matter of opinion. Season 4 and 5 have been my favorites so far.

I dunno. I really enjoyed it. Samzekiel is really hot and I swear I'm watching for other reasons- promise. I liked Dean's talk about family with Kevin.

Me, too - it was awesome.

I still watch it but I am completely uninterested if it doesn't have to do with Castiel. I fastforwarded through most of last week's. Will watch tomorrow's episode because Castiel is in it.

I am completely over Sam and Dean doing the same stupid shit over and over. They ever said, "Oh this season will be different the brothers will be working together." SPOILERS FOR THIS SEASON (SORT OF) First thing Dean does? KEEPS A HUGE ASS SECRET FROM SAM! What a fucking surprise. I wonder how this is going to end? Secret revealed? Sam get mad for one episode? Then they are all fine the next? Same. Stupid. Shit.

So, once Castiel is gone from the show that will be the end of the show for me. I can't watch those two idiots repeat each season over and over.

Cas is part of what keeps me interested tbh. As far as the brothers go, I think I gave up on seeing them being rational towards each other...

Also, I know plots need plot points, but all the plot points since s7 felt so forced for me.

They have so many issues and can't be rational about each other. So, while I'd like to set some growth in horrible, brotherly co-dependancy department, at least Dean's choice to keep Ezekiel's involvement a secret is consistent and makes sense where his character is determined. Dean's learned a lot and has changed in some ways, but when it comes to Sam, he's still pretty much the same.

I do feel Dean has a good reason to keep the whole Ezechiel thing from Sam, but it still felt forced to me. Like they did it so Dean would have conflict with Sam instead of actually fitting into the story.

Sam and Dean have been recycling the same plots since S5. Even Jared and Jensen have commented on how perennially dysfunctional their relationship is.

Cas is pretty much what it's all about for me at this point. Though I'd probably be more interested in the other two if the writers would stop coming up with excuses to separate the three of them and they could actually all have some extended interaction.

My sister was a HUGE Supernatural fan and quit it all of a sudden. I was impressed how quickly she dropped it.

Did the dreaded episode three air yet? I can't wait for that one

I wonder if the issue of consent will be brought up. He hasn't been human that long, probably won't know what he's getting into, despite what the pizza man taught him.

I'm sure he knows exactly what he's getting into. He's socially awkward, not stupid. He's thousands of years old and was falling at one point already.

I quit a few episodes into season 8. Season 7 completely burned me out and what I saw of season 8 just wasn't enough to keep me interested, which does make me sad because I used to really love the show and I typically keep watching something till the bitter end regardless but with Spn I just couldn't anymore.

I'd like to think that maybe it's gotten better but from what I've seen it really doesn't look it.

I kept a good part of last week's episode on mute. I don't care for Abaddon or their plans of alerting other hunters.
As with a lot of other people, I'm watching for Cas and am hoping to get through episode 3 and leave the lady character behind, since iirc she's only in one episode?? So she either dies or he leaves and she doesn't appear again.

I'm still sad to notice how much it's changed since when Kripke left.

And i think it's still awesome.

I'm glad someone likes it! My fiancé and I are really loving this season so far, but I was starting to feel like we were the only ones.

There's a lot of us, really. You just have to find us! the all_spn comm on LJ is good for updates and 'real life' stuff and whatnot, and big_heart_june on lj has amazing .gifs and images every day, and missyjack has episode stuff as well as interviews with producers/cgi people/directors etc.....

Plus, a ton of people on Tumblr with excellent images and art and .gifs....

I am totally unapologetic in my love for Show. Yes, sure, it has its issues, but it *love* the characters, the stories, the world.... Most awesome show ever, and i have loved every season and nearly every episode.
