Eeeeyup. Pretty much.

Personally to me "POC" /"People of color" sounds more racist than just describing someone as black to give a description. Like I'd never to refer to anyone as POC offline because it would feel icky.

The SJW of Tumblr see things in literally white versus black (or white-versus-not-white)
