Agree with the comment that said this is something you'll have to (and should) work at. It's good to be aware of things that are problematic and to understand why, but if it's spoiling your enjoyment of everything... well, that means you've lost your sense of perspective.

Fandoms are like everything else in real life. You have to figure out what things are things you dislike but can put up with, and what things are 100% deal-killers. Not everything in life (or fandom) is going to be ideal, but cutting yourself off from it altogether isn't a practical solution.

Excellent advice. It's good that OP recognizes flaws, but one can take it too far and let it sap all the fun out of life.
