Most meme phrases get on my nerves because they quickly get to the point that they're not really funny anymore and don't promote discussion.

And phrases and insults that shut down arguments without actually counteracting the person's original point.

Troll, especially, because it's usually used as "someone who I don't agree with" instead of "someone saying things to get a rile out of other people."
