(Anonymous) 2013-10-26 05:04 am (UTC)(link)But when you start telling somebody who ships that pairing that they are wrong and they should feel bad about what they ship, then you become a shitty person. Some people have vastly different shipping preference and it's nobody's business but their own. They can have fun as long as they are not hurting anybody (and shipping is harmless because it's fictional scenarios).
Basically, you don't have to agree with or like a shipping, but never tell a person what they should or should not ship. No one should have to conform to your standards, especially on something like shipping. Unless you are their parent or significant other, you have no right to criticize what someone does for fun when they aren't hurting anybody.
