My aunt has severe psoriasis (like, all over her body except her face), and the only thing that works for her is this special moisturizer called Udder Balm.

I've read about it lots online to try and find weird ways to help her out and the general consensus is SUN, SUN, and lots of SUN. It's unfortunate since people with bad psoriasis don't really want to head to the beach and strip off their clothes but it really is the best cure.
