Torchwood ended with a cameo appearance in Journey's End.
Speaking of Journey's End, Donna got sent home with a bit of a headache and nothing else, and she and the Doctor still occasionally go on adventures. She really likes Amy. They have fun teasing the Doctor together while Rory and Wilf reminisce about the past.
