I mean, that's legit. That was a thing that happened a bit with Torchwood, too; for a super secret organization, people going "ah bloody Torchwood" shows just how bad they are at keeping it a secret.

But Torchwood were supposed to be incompetent.

Either that or I was seriously misreading the creative intent of the show, which I'll admit is a possibility.

I thought that Torchwood was more of an open secret than supposed to be incompetent, and that after all the alien stuff happening so openly (Christmas, anyone?) they just didn't boher with the secret part of "open secret" anymore.
