Neither are fun, but believe me, you'll be fine; mostly they're a nuisance. I always hated the EEG's more tbh. (Had those many years ago but it was difficult for me to fall asleep in complete darkness. I like lights!)

But it's totally worth it if you can figure something out and set your mind at ease. I hope your doctor was right!
