Re: shaking after a workout?

Oh sure. Usually this is how I know I've pushed myself past my previous comfort level. Used to be when I would run 3 miles everyday, my legs and lower back would shake and tremble afterwards, especially if I held them in a stress position.

Make sure to drink plenty of fluid, and eat a little something before, so it won't be so taxing when you're done.
