Mine are Reeses, Hershey's, and these delicious little eyeball truffles with varied fillings.

I also love candy corn.

What are your faves?

I think of Dots as "Halloween candy" because that's the only time of year I eat them. Same goes for chick o sticks and mary janes.

The other kinds of candy I like I eat year around when I get the craving. But, those three I think of as Halloween candy.

I love candy corn, but in moderation.

Mostly Reese's is my favorite. Anything with peanut butter or caramel is great.

Fellow candy corn lover? You exist? What a grand day it is.

Wait, there are people who DON'T love candy corn?

Candy corn is so gross, like sugared wax.

But then I like Smarties, which most people can't stand, so de gustibus and all like that.

My youngest sister and I are the only ones in the family who like them. I mean I see it as more for me but at the same time sorta confused like "what's is there not to like" Sorta like Strawberries. IDGI why do you hate them?

I like nerds and anything chocolate. For some reason I only really like the pumpkins in the candy corn mix.

Chocolate stuff, especially GOOD quality and/or dark chocolate (contrary to the Annual Candy Hierarchy), I did prefer dark chocolate even as a child). But most primarily chocolate stuff will do- Reeses, Rolos, Milky Ways, ooh or Peppermint patties. And chewy things like gummy bears (or worms or whatever shape), jelly beans (especially Jelly Belly) or licorice. I like black licorice, boo on haters! Just give it to me, you can have my Kit Kats and Butterfingers. And most of my non-Tootsie Pop lolipops.

Candy corn must be in moderation. It is extremely nostalgic but I don't want more than 3 tiny bags.

We have Dots downstairs and I haven't had any in ages so I have already stolen 3 boxes to eat at a later date.

Agreed with candy corn in moderation.

With you on the Jelly Belly / Panda Licorice. I will take those KitKats off your hands too.

Those candies that come in unlabled, strawberry-patterned cellophane. And Pixie Stix.

About the only time i eat a Tootsie Pop is at Halloween, so we'll go with that. The cherry flavored ones!

And my mom's popcorn balls, YUM.

Reese's. We get a bag and keep it aside and throw all the crap candy in the bowl for giving out. Reese's is ours.

So my mom got a few bags of good stuff a week and half before Halloween- Reeses, Milky Way, 3 Musketeers, and Snickers. And we kind of got into it over that time period. Some of it we took for long-drive snacking as we went up to the Bay Area to see my sister, her husband, and their baby last weekend. (Baby is 5 months and being the Hungry Hungry Caterpillar for Halloween.) So we ate some up there and also left them some it.

Anyway, long story short, we ate + gave them like 2/3 of what we had. So we got one of those big bags of lesser but decent stuff (Tootsie Rolls and pops, Dots, etc.) to give out and are keeping the rest of the chocolate stuff for us. I think all the Reeses cups are gone even, especially because my brother in law is a huge PB fiend.

I don't like candy, just chocolate (I don't count it as candy, tbh) and even at that, I only like good quality dark chocolate.

So basically I dislike all halloween candy. I used to love it and then I became a food snob.

Today I had a milky way midnight bar. It was quite good.

I like most of it. I'll eat almost any chocolate (except the stuff with coconut; I like the flavor, but not the texture), then nerds, dots, candy corn, tootsie rolls (especially the flavored ones), charms blow pops, jelly beans, etc etc.

I used to eat those chalky fake cigarettes as a kid; I'm not particularly picky.

I can't stand candy corn. And while I love Reese's Pieces, I kind of hate all but the mini-cups and the cookie cups. Because the peanut butter is good (and the cookie is good in cookie cups), but the chocolate is just...not. Not at all.

But if we're talking typical Halloween candy, I'm pretty partial to KitKat, and Hershey's with almod (regular is OK, too, but I love almod). Otherwise, if there's a house giving out Ferrero Rocher, I am SO THERE.
