I won't lie, medication is difficult. It's not fun, and it's not a magic cure by any means. It DOES help though. There's a world of difference between me on my meds and me off my meds.

You don't have to. I'm not trying to pressure you. But it DOES help, and you might find life without anxiety to be very nice. :)

I second this. I do have some anxiety and depression but I can manage it without medicine. However I do have another health problem that I can't manage. I was so scared to go on medicine for it for fear of what it would do to me. Taking the medicine has not pain free at all, but I'm so glad that I finally did because I would be worse off without it and things are starting to get better. You should weigh the pros and cons and talk with a doctor (just make sure it's an understanding doctor).
