I think I'm the only one who saw them as Hispanic, at least on Vincent's side.

I could see that.

I realize her ethnicity would have nothing to do with her work, but if you saw them as Hispanic, you could headcanon that that's part of what drew Penny to working in South America.

Yeah, he goes to Mexico, Penny went to South America, and Jane sometimes slips in some "adios" and "Casa Lane" in her conversation. It's probably not intentional, but that's my old headcanon and I'm sticking to it.
