One of the events when you switch to Trevor is him getting out of bed, where Floyd is in the fetal position wearing his girlfriend's pajamas.

Yeah, I wondered that. I haven't had a switch which dropped me into that scene, so perhaps there's more to it that makes it obvious it's the aftermath of a rape?

Just going on Floyd curled up in the pyjamas though? Surely there's heaps of other stuff that could've happened and ended them up like that.

Oh, absolutely. I know there's some dialogue, like Trevor telling him he'll "be right back" or something. I looked it up on the GTA Wiki:

In one instance when switching to Trevor, Trevor can be seen spooning Floyd in the bedroom of his apartment while the latter is wearing pink pajamas that may belong to Debra. Upon leaving the apartment Floyd can be heard crying.
Floyd may be seen in the apartment having a nightmare while wearing the pink pajamas. He tosses and turns and yells "Debra!".

I always thought the crying was from a nightmare. Not because he was raped?

But then I looked through a forum and someone mentioned it as one of their favourite one liners in the game. This was their comment:

"I switched over to trevor and he was spooning Floyd. Floyd was wearing Debra's pajamas, sobbing, saying "Im sorry Debra". Trevor says "Next time.. you are going to spoon me..""
