Likewise. There could easily be female Time Lords, so why not create a new character instead of trying to warp a preexisting one for no reason.

I honestly do not care one way or the other, but it's comments like yours that make it really hard to take the "OMG NOOOOO YOU CAN'T MAKE THE DOCTOR A WOMAN!" argument seriously.

Do you have reading comprehension issues? I said no such thing and referred to the process of turning a male character into a female one, which is not exactly straightforward, especially when it hasn't happened before and would have no reason to happen now. The Doctors warp slightly between different iterations, but this would make it glaringly obvious.

Agreed. I don't even follow Doctor Who but it's one of those characters that really don't need a gender change in the name of equality and feminism. I can't see him as a she. Bring him to meet a group of woman Time Lords! That'll solve it. Or make it worse.
