Not liking it is fair enough - it's got a lot of morally grey stuff all over the board and as some friends of mine have put it, "it feels like everyone's a jerk".

Wishing unemployment on its makers and shitting on it because you don't like it though, that's not cool, especially in a fandom that has so many incarnations that there's just about something for everyone by this point.

Seriously, I don't get people who get all bent out of shape over new incarnations of characters in this fandom. It's been going on for 30 years by this point, it's not gonna stop soon, and by the nature of new incarnations in new universes, there's gonna be differences. Not liking an incarnation, fine, that is your opinion and you're entitled to it, but wigging out as if the artist personally kicked your puppy? Come on.
