I really don't like those new(ish) backpacks with the speakers built into the bottom. Sure, they're great for the beach, but not the bus. If you turn them on on the bus, there will be strong Canadian reactions of seethingly significant glances. Then I'll complain the bus driver and he'll make you stop. So long as he doesn't ask the other passengers' opinions first.

Or the people walking around with their smartphones in their hands, "blasting" music? That's what headphones are for. I don't want to hear your life soundtrack, thankyouverymuchbutnotevenalittle.

But then people having excited phone conversations or singing at any level on the bus also bugs me. I'm aware I have a rather skewed view of what appropriate noise levels and sounds should be, so I never really know what's normal and what's over sensitivity.
