Maybe do lower-intensity workouts every other day? That way you keep the routine and momentum going, but won't end up making things worse.

If it were me, I'd probably do something like deliberately do a slower jog for 30 minutes tomorrow, see how that felt, and ramp up to the more usual exercises if nothing seemed off.

And if you do keep feeling weirdly off, I highly suggest seeing a physician, if that's an option. I had a friend who was super-fit, and exercised all the time, but then kept pushing herself when she started coming down with Mono, and ended up getting much, much sicker for longer than if she'd taken it easy once her body started going "hey! not okay here!".
