Got butt-called by my sister, and spent 30 minutes in the ensuing conversation talking to my mom and my sister and laughing at my cat.

Spent a few hours picking through fragmentary documentation about social media and its civic applications, and crisis response, and then got distracted by a 2nd phone call from my sister.

Learned for a fact (signed paper and everything!) that I am not brain damaged.

I keep having the worst feelings that I am both a.) not doing enough in my life and b.) doing too much to be able to successfully handle. I have not yet figured out which one of these answers is the correct one.
