Eh, nothing's ever given any indication that time lord notions of sex and gender are vastly different than our own. The Corsair shows it's possible to regenerate as a different sex but that's still only one time lord out of several, it doesn't really say anything about their society as a whole.

I'm not really sure what you mean by your second point, I don't think they're ever going to go into detail about time lord genitals on something that is still a family show.

Have they indicated Time Lord notions of sex and gender aren't vastly different from our own?

Well, they all use male or female pronouns and present themselves as reasonably stereotypical men and women. The majority of time lord shown maintain the same gender through their regenerations. They don't comment on how different human gender norms are or seem surprised or confused by them. Given that all evidence shows them to be similar to us in this respect it seems a bit far fetched to say "Well they've never deliberately said that they have the same norms as us, therefore they don't!"
