Not OP, but I off the top of my head I'm guessing they mean the whole "Oh but the females/POCs aren't as interesting or well written as the white guys! They're so flat and dull and have no characterization!" Meanwhile, this strangely does not effect fandoms for shows where the white males are poorly written (lookin' at you, Merlin fandom. Arthur is terribly written, yet that never stopped fandom from showering him with love).
