It's not exactly phobia-level, but the constant use of heartbeat noises for frightening or tense scenes and for 'OMG your health bar is low you're gonna die' indicators in the video games I play is starting to make me feel tense whenever anything draws my attention to my own heartbeat or pulse. I keep half-expecting some kind of jump scare.
