... Maybe I shoulda phrased that better.

- No, a 7 year old is not capable of giving consent, ever, IRL. I do not find real children sexy either, Jesus! Children pornography is the actual worst!

- Yes, this is a rp with a shota /fantasy/ theme, and I thought F!S was cool with fantasies being fantasies and "Your Kink is Not My Kink (and that's cool)", even though of course there were going to be some people squicked by the secret despite that.

And it was worded (albeit poorly) like that because I came to terms with my shotacon kink years ago, when I was a teenager. It's kind of a non-issue for me at this point. The fetishization of trans* folk is new, though, and more disturbing to me right now (if only for that).

There's also the thing with the character wanting to be a pretty 50's Wife after he hits 15 (it's a long AU), acting and dressing the part, and that stuff usually in fact squicks me.

I don't get it, and I feel guilty. Hence the secret. And... people? You weren't helping. OH YES, IT'S FUCKED UP AND PROBLEMATIC, please tell me something I didn't know. Sigh.

Actually, one series I enjoy has a character very much like your RP one, and he's never come across as trans* to me. He's male, with a male body, the way he dresses goes from unisex to distinctly feminine. He acts stereotypically female (done to extremes for humor). Heck, he's even given birth twice (yes, MPREG is canon there). But if someone refers to him as female, he corrects them. Or at least tries.

Being male does not preclude someone from acting feminine. So I really don't think you're trans* fetishizing here.

(Series in question is "Patalliro", if you're curious. The character I'm talking about is named Maraich.)

I don't know what you want to hear, exactly. Yeah, it's fetishizing, and it's pretty gross. That said you're not hurting anyone, so whatever. No one's going to pat you on the ass for finding the thought of a seven-year-old getting railed followed by this weird fetishized version of transwomanhood sexy. But do as you please. If you feel guilty about it maybe you should sit down and have a good hard think about why that is and whether you want to keep pursuing it.

Because it's hot? Despite the guilt? Also the story on itself is really interesting from a writer's standpoint. It developed like this in a very organic way. We weren't even planning this with my rp buddy. It happened, and we both went "... fuck this is wrong, but I. I kinda like it. Oh god. May we continue?", "... yeah. Yeah, let's. We'll see what happens."

I think everyone has a surefire kink that qualifies as "so shameful/immoral they wouldn't tell anybody about".

Right, I get all that, but what advice are you even looking for? You're down with continuing with it despite the guilt. So...have fun? But don't act so surprised that people are skeeved the fuck out by the entire thing.

Thanks for the good wishes, and the warning. I guess I lucked out when my rp buddy was right there with me, then, if 99% of the people is "skeeved as fuck" by the idea.

Also: Wasn't expecting buttpats when I submitted this. It was more of a venting thing. That said, the reaction was strongly negative - also expected, but I realized afterwards I could've worded things better, not in pursue of said buttpats, but only to clarify things.

I knew that, and it was the reason I attempted to explain the situation the best I could to avoid a conga line of people screaming at my face how sick I am. Apparently in that attempt I made very poor word choices, and put more enfasis in stuff that didn't deserve it as much as the thing that would piss others off the most.
