Could you go off their hair? The hair seems reasonably different.

I'd go with hair and facial hair. I know Charlie Day's character keeps facial hair most of the time. And the middle one keeps his hair slicked back.

I was going to say, that's how I recognize people most of the time. Twisted was pretty hard for me to watch because the two main mom's have the exact. Same. Hair, but hair is usually a good way to tell people/characters apart.

I used to joke with my boyfriend that if he ever cut his hair, I wouldn't recognize him. The sad part is, I'm not sure how much of that was actually me joking.

Just judging by the picture, we have beardy, curly hair, and ... neither beardy nor curly. Yeah, I think if I watched this show I'd tell them apart by process of elimination.

I have pretty noticeable face-blindness issues, and this is how I would tell apart. This one seems easier than many other shows I have watched who have similar looking characters with no distinguishing features like hair style, glasses, facial hair, anything else. I had to stop watching a couple shows because they had multiple blonde women that all looked similar to me, didn't have anything really to distinguish them, voices sounded similar, and I just couldn't keep track of who was who. -_-

I have no appreciable issue with face-blindness, and I still have that problem sometimes. I swear, there are a few tv costuming companies that seem to have decided the best way to trim their budget is to make most of the cast virtually indistinguishable from one another.

Yeah, I watched Grey's Anatomy for awhile, and for a bit there were multiple blonde characters that I couldn't differentiate well, especially with them all in hospital scrubs or white doctors' coats. I do actually have a moderate form of face blindness (not surprising with the ASD diagnosis) but I can see where it would be a problem for people who don't, too! Dammit, TV studios, your characters don't all need to be cardboard cut out dolls. *sigh*

this is kind of funny to me, because imo Grey's has one of the most diverse casts out there.

Oh, I wasn't trying to imply the cast isn't diverse! It certainly is. But there were a couple seasons where there were multiple blonde characters that I had a good deal of difficulty telling apart, especially when they had similar hairstyles, and the clothing was all the same. Arizona, Meredith, Teddy, and I think Lexi was blonde for a little while... and then there were other blonde recurring characters. Like I said, I have face-blindness issues!

It's pretty easy. Charlie is really short, and screams a lot. Mac is 'religious' and randomly talks about god and or how he can do karate/kick boxing/other lies. Denis is a dick who always talks about how handsome he is/how great he is.

And then there's Danny DeVito. That's the easiest, I'd think haha
