This is my big issue with the SJW thing. I don't think it's a bad thing to criticize things, or want things to be better. For example, I feel absolutely comfortable criticizing that there aren't that many POC characters on Once Upon a Time. However, that doesn't erase the fact that there are a lot of really fantastic female characters on the show, and I think it should be praised for that.

Things can do things both well and poorly, and things can be flawed but still be an overall net good. It's OK to like things that aren't perfect, and I think a lot of SJW types have issues with that. Not everything's in black and white.
