I really wish more people would do that whole "take a minute and come back" thing. It'd prevent so many arguments. Now, though, it's "get everything out while I'm still furious" most of the time. I see that a lot with Tumblr, and I really believe it has to do with the way microsecond blogging has affected the thought process. It's like "get it out now because an hour later it's old news and 'you're late; not worth the reply' is all you'll get at best".

(There's no such thing as "late" for me; if you answer my comment now or six months from now or two years from now, I'll read it and respond if there's a response to be given. But I'm all old fashioned and stuff.)
