As an addendum, if people with Steam accounts would be interested in a Steam gifts exchange I'd be up for that -- I've done it before to good effect. And it'd be a nice alternative to those of us whose creative talents aren't applicable to fandom.

Oh, good idea! That could be added as a category, too. Gifting LJ/DW months could also work... anything that doesn't require an RL mailing address. I'll have to work out the details and stuff, but that kind of thing should definitely be an option
