Yup. It's not like the movies from other countries are inaccessible either, as almost all of them are either officially subbed or fansubbed if you search google for like five minutes.

But no, American media is ALL of the media and what is the rest of the world?! cry the SJWs who proclaim themselves more educated and socially aware than the masses. Stop bringing your other culture shit in here when we're not championing you for your own good!!

These days it's easy for Americans to watch foreign media as long as they have a good internet connect. Sites like Hulu and Netflix carry many foreign movies and television series. With Hulu, many of them are even free. Unless their connection is poor, they have no excuse to keep on whining outside the fact that they are talking about American only media.

Hulu has the best tv shows, really. We don't have cable anymore, we just use hulu.
