At this point KNK is honestly grossing me out more than KLK. At least KLK isn't trying to push a deep relationship/romance between the lead female and a guy who is constantly sexualizing her, objectifying the hell out of her, and overall making her massively uncomfortable.

I don't think that one is really 'worse' than the other, but like you, for some reason KNK gets under my skin more.

Eh, you must have not watched a lot of anime. Her reaction is what they call 'moe', it's not meant to be taken literally it's more exasperation than discomfort.

TBH, I agree it's pretty annoying how they make the lead guy only seem to care about her because she suits his fetish... and I wish they'd just drop that already but I honestly don't think her reactions are genuine discomfort it's meant as comedy.

Its just like how tsundere's constantly punch the guy they like to hide their true feelings, some people claim abuse but in anime it's supposed to be comedy. It's not everybody's cup of tea, but comedy is the intention.
