Love the picture you chose! And yeah, it sucks when you're losing interest right when you're in the middle of making a fanwork. That's happened to me a fair few times. I'd say don't force yourself to finish the fic and instead wait until you revisit the canon and/or fandom to get some of the magic back (maybe it's burnout?)... but you might not ever want to revisit the canon, and that's fine. In any case, good luck with the fic if you plan on continuing it!
