Some spices I ordered over the internets came today. Which is good. I'm not using them until next Wednesday, but if they didn't come until the weekend or longer and I would get anxious and stuff about it ~ruining my Thanksgiving~. But they're here and now I don't have to worry!

Grains of Paradise. I'm making the Good Eats apple pie. I didn't have it last year (because I figured there was SOMEwhere selling it in a store in my corner of LA) but it was a big success anyway, so I'm gonna do it 100% correct this time.

Man, I love Good Eats. Alton never steers you wrong. We do his green bean casserole for Thanksgiving. :)

I have never heard of grains of paradise. Sounds wonderful though!
